I offer a warm and supportive space to explore whatever you may be facing. I work with individuals over 18 experiencing a range of emotional and personal difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and anger. Whether things feel overwhelming, unclear, or difficult to put into words, you are welcome to bring whatever is going on for you.
My approach is pluralistic, meaning we work together to find what suits you best. I draw from person-centred therapy, CBT, ACT, and choice theory, adapting the work to your needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
I hold a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Human Resources, and I trained in a MSc psychotherapy at IICP. As a pre-accredited therapist, I am committed to ongoing learning, reflection, and providing thoughtful, ethical support.
Sessions are available in person and online.

Support with anxiety, low mood, anger, and emotional distress.

Exploring patterns in relationships, communication difficulties, and connection with others.

Times when things feel unclear, heavy, or difficult to move forward.
Supporting people to understand themselves, overcome difficulties, and move towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.

I currently work out of offices in Navan town centre and Oldcastle Meath.
